Deadboys Fitness brings you a functional fitness experience like none other.  Created by Colby Lopez and Josh Gallegos with the idea of offering training options for everybody, including experienced athletes, functional fitness enthusiasts and those new to fitness, Deadboys Fitness provides a unique opportunity to train like your favorite superstars with daily workouts meant to transform your body.

2 Great Programs.


Deadboys Fitness

The original Deadboys Fitness program is meant for those with a willingness to work hard. No "same old, same old" here-- every day will be different than the day before.  Workouts will include challenging combinations of barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell, gymnastic, and cardio movements guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level. The original Deadboys Ftiness will include a warm up and a workout with most workouts will range from 12 minutes to 24 minutes in length.


Deadboys Fitness+

Deadboys Fitness+ is for those looking to take their training and fitness next level. This program will give you the ability to follow along with Colby and Josh’s personal daily programing. Deadboys Fitness+ will include a warm up, strength component, and 2 workouts of the day.  This program is best suited for intermediate and advanced athletes who have some powerlifting and olympic lifting training and have access to a wide range of equipment.  

What’s included?

2 challenging program options: “Deadboys Fitness” and “Deadboys Fitness+”. We provide 7 days of workouts for both programs but highly recommend members take at least 2 days off per week, it is up to you to choose the day.

Limited gym access or equipment? 

No problem! There are plenty of acceptable alternatives to movements. You will be able to complete the workout of the day with minimal equipment. We highly recommend you have access to a set of dumbbells, a jump rope, and something sturdy to step up on.


Beginner, injured, or physically limited?

No need to worry. Every workout has a list of scaling options for those who are unable to complete it as written. Levels 1,2,3 and RX (as prescribed) will be included in the description of every deadboys fitness workout.

About the Deadboys

Deadboys Fitness came to fruition during the 2017 Reebok Crossfit Open after Colby and Josh decided to create a team that would strike fear into the hearts of Crossfit competitors across the globe.  After a crushing defeat, they realized that their efforts were not in vain and that fans of the wrestling community were inspired to get healthy.  Thus, Deadboys Fitness was born, catering to those who want to improve their health and lifestyle while training like their favorite superstars. 


Colby Lopez

Colby Lopez, who performs as Seth Rollins in World Wrestling Entertainment, is a top-level superstar who has held numerous prestigious titles in the wrestling industry. He has performed for audiences around the globe, gaining their respect and adoration along the way. 


Josh Gallegos

For years, Josh has served the Los Angeles community as a Coach and General Manager to some of the most popular functional fitness gyms in LA. Ever versatile, Josh also acts as emcee for many competitions both locally and nationally and is a head emcee’s for the Reebok CrossFit Games, televised on ESPN. He is a CrossFit Endurance Coach, as well as a CrossFit Level One and CrossFit Level Two Trainer.  In his spare time, Josh co-writes programming for several professional wrestlers including, WWE Superstars, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Bayley, and Cesaro.
